Seven Centers of Life Energy - Seven Levels of Consciousness

Inside each of us lies a Universe.
Not somewhere far away, but here – in the body, in the breath, in every sensation and thought – flows the subtle energy of life, known as prana.
And this energy rises along the sacred pillar of light –
from the base of the spine to the crown of the head,
passing through seven mystical gates.
We call them chakras.
Chakras are not just symbols or Eastern images.
Chakras are a ladder leading from the root of existence to the summit of Spirit.
From the lowest vibration – instinct, fear, survival,
to the highest – clarity, samadhi, union with the Absolute.
It is a living map of the soul, an ancient science about
the structure of our consciousness, emotions, health, and even destiny.
Each chakra is a lesson, a gate, a portal.
From root to sky, from fear to love, from struggle – to awakening.
A human being is a rainbow.
Seven colors, seven levels, seven dimensions of energy and consciousness.
Within him lives the animal, and within him rests God.
He is not just a being. He is a bridge.

The lower step is the root chakra, the energy of survival and desire.
The upper one is Sahasrara, the pure radiance of consciousness, unity with the Divine.

Muladhara – The Root of Life
Muladhara is the first chakra, the root, responsible for basic stability, survival, and connection with the earth.
Colors of Muladhara
Red – the main color of the chakra. It symbolizes strength, energy, blood, the foundation of life, and survival.
Shades can vary from dark red to burgundy, and are sometimes also associated with brown (earth, foundation).

Bija mantra: LAM (considered the key vibration for activating Muladhara).
Frequency (according to some esoteric systems): about 256 Hz (related to the note "C").
Stones: red jasper, garnet, ruby, hematite, obsidian, black tourmaline.
They provide stability, grounding, and protection.
Muladhara is our inner foundation, the first support in the great temple of human existence. It is here that the ascent of the spirit begins. It is like the root of a tree, deeply reaching into the earth, nourishing strength, confidence, and the right to be.
This is the chakra of survival, safety, and trust in life. When Muladhara is in balance, a person feels support beneath their feet, remains steady and calm even in the whirlwind of change. They do not just live – they are rooted in reality, like a mountain unaffected even by storms.
When Muladhara is awakened, a deep feeling arises: "I am home. Here. In this body. In this world." Anxiety disappears, fear dissolves, and in their place comes inner peace, stability, strength, and trust in life.
Through Muladhara, respect for the body as the temple of the soul awakens. We begin to feel the connection with the Earth, with its rhythms, with its maternal presence. This is the space where fear vanishes, and instead a new feeling is born: "I exist. I am worthy. I am protected."
This is the chakra that whispers: "You have the right to be. To live. To rejoice. To create. You are needed." And it is from this feeling that the ability to move forward is born – up the ladder of chakras, toward light, love, and truth.
Muladhara is not just a beginning. It is the sacred access code to the deep awareness: I live – and that is already a blessing.
It is where the path upward begins – to the heart, to consciousness, to the Divine. But without it, one cannot take flight. For only the one firmly rooted in the earth can grow wings.
Methods of opening the first chakra
Muladhara – the first chakra, the root of our being, the energetic foundation that connects us to the Earth itself. It is responsible for the instinct of life, inner strength, stability, and the ability to feel alive here and now.
Sometimes it opens naturally, in moments when the body and mind face a challenge, and the heart beats faster from a rush of adrenaline. These are extreme states, when the primal energy of survival awakens in us, and the whole organism is filled with a powerful stream of life force.
You can awaken Muladhara through:
Jumping into the sea from cliffs – the moment when "your breath is taken away," and the whole world contracts into the point of the present moment.
Thrill rides – where fear gives way to excitement, and trust in yourself grows stronger.
Bungee jumping – a dive into the void, followed by a feeling of complete freedom.
Equestrian sports and other extreme activities – when the energy of movement and the power of the body unite in a single rhythm.
Skydiving – a meeting with the sky, after which the earth feels closer.
Cold water immersion – when the cold burns the skin, and the body comes alive with every breath.
Sound activation – The mantra of Muladhara: LAM. Repeat it with a low, vibrating sound, focusing on the root area.
Red color and guardian stones – Dress in shades of red, wear garnet, jasper, ruby, or hematite. These symbols help the vibrations of Muladhara resonate more strongly.
By practicing these, you not only strengthen your body and spirit, but also create the foundation for abundance.
When the first chakra is open, the body seems filled with sunlight and the strength of the earth, you radiate health, confidence, and an attractive beauty that is beyond time.
Svadhisthana: The Flow of Life
Svadhisthana – the second chakra, the "sacral" chakra, is connected with emotions, creativity, sexual energy, and the enjoyment of life.
Colors of Svadhisthana
Orange – the main color of the chakra. It symbolizes joy, sensuality, vitality.
Additional shades: amber, coral, peach, sometimes shifting toward golden tones.

Bija mantra: VAM.
Frequency (according to some esoteric systems): about 288 Hz (related to the note "D").
Stones: carnelian, orange calcite, coraline, sunstone, amber.
They enhance sensuality, creativity, and joy.
After Muladhara has given us roots and a sense of grounding, it is time for movement, fluidity, and creativity. This is the energy of Svadhisthana. The second chakra, hidden in the depths of your body’s aura, carries the power of water – gentle, yet invincible.
Svadhisthana is your ability to feel. To be alive, authentic, and vibrant. It is not only about pleasure, but about the sacred alchemy of enjoyment – when every moment of life is filled with presence and gratitude.
This is where the dance of the soul is born. This is where the connection with the inner artist, the beloved, the creator is formed. Svadhisthana says: "Allow yourself to feel. Allow yourself to desire. Allow yourself to be in the flow."
Through an awakened Svadhisthana comes acceptance of the body, sexuality, and emotions. Shame disappears. Wounds are healed. We no longer fight with ourselves – we remember that to be a feeling being is a gift, not a fault.
Svadhisthana is the gateway to the joy of existence. It is the inner river that leads us to the ocean of wholeness. Do not be afraid to feel. This is where it begins – the path to light.
Svadhisthana – the center of pleasure and delight
Close your eyes and turn your attention inward…
In the area below the navel, a soft radiance of orange light unfolds – this is Svadhisthana, your chakra of enjoyment and pleasure. It is the center where passion, sensuality, and the joy of being are born.
Any strong emotion, any passion fully experienced by you, awakens the energy of this center. Its natural and healing state is Delight. When you allow yourself to marvel at life, to enjoy every shade of it, Svadhisthana opens and grants you harmony.
Sexual energy holds a special place here. And sex itself plays a leading role. It is the living force leading to the depth of experiences, to inner awakening and connection with oneself and with another. But it is not only sex that awakens this center – every sensual experience, every enjoyment can enliven it: the taste of food, dance, music, touch, the beauty of the world.
Svadhisthana whispers:
Allow yourself to feel.
Allow yourself to enjoy.
Delight – and the energy will flow freely.
Repeat to yourself:
I am open to pleasure and joy.
Delight is my natural flow.
I embrace life through enjoyment and passion.
May Svadhisthana open within you, awakened by sensuality, inspiration, and delight in the very fact of existence.
Manipura – the center of will, power, and triumph
Manipura is the third chakra, the "solar plexus," the center of will, strength, self-identity, and inner fire.
Colors of Manipura
Yellow – the main color of the chakra. It symbolizes light, clarity, personal power, and the energy of fire.
Additional shades: golden, amber, sometimes shifting toward yellow-orange.

Musical note: E.
Bija mantra: RAM.
Frequency (in some systems): about 320 Hz (related to the note "E").
Stones: citrine, tiger’s eye, yellow topaz, pyrite, amber.
They give willpower, confidence, and inner fire.
In the area of the solar plexus shines a golden sun – Manipura, the third energy center.
Its energy grants you the strength to set goals and bring them to life. It is the fire that turns intention into action, and action into result.
When Manipura is open and balanced, a person radiates a powerful energy field.
It carries confidence, strength, and charisma that attracts and inspires those around.
Such people do not simply walk through life – they lead others. Their light encourages change, and their inner strength makes hearts tremble.
The vibrations of a balanced Manipura bring boundless faith in your own strength.

Anahata – the opening of the heart and the rejoicing of the soul
Anahata is the fourth chakra, the heart chakra. It is responsible for love, compassion, harmony, and the connection between the earthly and the spiritual.
Colors of Anahata
Green – the main color (balance, healing, life, harmony).
Additional shades: pink, emerald, malachite – symbols of unconditional love and spiritual openness.
Sometimes there is a combination of green and pink (balance of earthly and divine love).

Bija mantra: YAM.
Frequency (in some systems): about 341–342 Hz.
Stones: rose quartz, emerald, aventurine, jade, rhodonite, malachite.
They open love, harmony, and healing.
In the center of the chest unfolds a gentle emerald flower, the radiant lotus of the heart – Anahata, the fourth chakra, the chakra of love.
The three lower centers connect us with the animal nature, the three upper ones – with the divine.
Anahata stands in the middle, being the bridge. And this bridge is Love.
Love unites within us the earthly and the heavenly, the body and the spirit, the animal and the divine.
When the energies of Anahata are balanced, a person enters a state of quiet, causeless joy.
The world seems to turn to them with a different side: everything happens easily, harmoniously, and naturally. There is no longer any need to fight for a place under the sun – such a person is cared for by the Subtle World itself.
With an open heart chakra, everything becomes abundant: there is enough of everything, everything is within reach, everything brings joy.
Desires and opportunities exist in remarkable harmony, and therefore everything envisioned comes to life effortlessly.
At this level, a person begins to truly enjoy life: they are healthy, loved, provided for, and respected. Their thoughts gain the power of creation, and their desires begin to manifest with constancy and ease.
A person with an open Anahata becomes a transparent channel through which Life itself is revealed in its fullness.
Anahata opens when a person experiences a special state that can only be called – the Rejoicing of the Soul.
This is bright joy without reason, the pure radiance of the heart, which becomes the source of love for all that exists.
Anahata whispers to you:
– Open your heart – and the world will become brighter.
– Rejoice with your soul – and life will open to you in abundance.
– Remember: Love is your true nature.
Vishuddha, Ajna, and Sahasrara – the ascent to higher levels of consciousness
When the heart is opened in Anahata, the energy rises higher – toward the peaks of spiritual awareness.
The fifth chakra is Vishuddha, the sixth is Ajna, the seventh is Sahasrara. These are three radiant portals leading the soul to higher reality.
Vishuddha – the throat chakra, the first step beyond the earthly.
Vishuddha is the fifth chakra, the throat chakra, responsible for self-expression, speech, creativity through the word, and purity of communication.
Colors of Vishuddha
Light blue – the main color (a symbol of openness, purity, clarity).
Additional shades: sky blue, turquoise, azure.

Bija mantra: HAM.
Frequency (according to some systems): about 384 Hz.
Stones: aquamarine, blue topaz, lapis lazuli, turquoise, sodalite.
They purify speech and help in self-expression.
Here, love becomes contemplative, prayerful. It turns into a quiet hymn to being itself, into the pure resonance of the spirit. It is not love as a feeling – it is love as prayer, as gratitude that flows naturally.
Ajna – the Third Eye Chakra
Ajna is the sixth chakra, the "third eye," associated with intuition, wisdom, clear vision, and inner knowledge.
Colors of Ajna
Indigo blue – the main color. It symbolizes depth of mind, intuition, and spiritual insight.
Additional shades: violet-blue, dark blue, sapphire.

Frequency (according to esoteric systems): about 426–432 Hz.
Stones: amethyst, lapis lazuli, sapphire, fluorite, sodalite.
They enhance intuition, clairvoyance, and concentration.
Here, love is freed from personal boundaries and loses the form of relationships. It is no longer directed to someone, nor even a prayer. It is a state of being in which you yourself become love. You do not love – you are love itself. This love is unconditional, like breathing; it flows through you naturally, effortlessly.
Sahasrara – the crown chakra, the summit of the path
Sahasrara is the seventh chakra, the "crown," the center of higher consciousness and connection with the Source.
Colors of Sahasrara
Purple – often indicated as the main color (connection with spirituality, transcendence).
Also found is radiant white light or golden-white – a symbol of purity, enlightenment, and unity.
Sometimes it is described as shimmering with all the colors of the spectrum (like a rainbow crown).

Musical note: B.
Bija mantra: most often OM (or silence as the highest sound, "Anand" – the inaudible vibration).
Frequency (in some systems): about 480–490 Hz.
Stones: clear quartz, amethyst, selenite, diamond.
They support connection with the Source and the expansion of consciousness.
Here, love dissolves into the Absolute, and samadhi arrives – the return home. It is the union with the Source, the complete dissolution in light, where the division between "I" and "the world" disappears.
Here there are no more questions or searches – only silence, radiance, and infinite presence remain.
