Nataraj: daily Celebration at the Prayas Centre

A truly meditative person is playful; for them, life is amusement, life is a game, lila. They enjoy it, they are not serious, they are relaxed.

Daily celebrations at the Prayas Meditation Centre

Daily celebration at the Prayas Meditation Center is a moment when we gratefully receive another day of love that has been given to us.

With the first glimmers of light, the space fills with music, dance, and the living breath of presence. Everyone who comes brings their unique vibration - and it unfolds in movement.

Dance here is not an art, but a revelation.

In some dances, pure beauty is revealed; in others, love flows - soft, fluid, almost weightless.

For some, the movements are filled with compassion; for others, with sincere delight, a subtle madness of ecstasy.

Each dance is a confession of the soul, its open book.

If you are full of love, your love begins to dance with you.

It pours outward, fills the space, touches others, and creates a field of joy.

Your dance always reflects what lives within:

where there is freedom, movements are light;

where there is passion, they are fiery;

where there are unexpressed feelings, dance becomes a door to their release.

And therefore, celebration at Prayas is also a journey through catharsis.

We allow the body to speak, energy to flow, and feelings to open.

Only when inner poisons dissolve and the fog of suppressed emotions disappears does clarity arise within us.

And only after this inner cleansing does dance become meditation, and movement becomes a path to bliss, as in ancient Sufi practices.

A truly meditative person is playful.

They do not carry the burden of seriousness,

they constantly laugh with life,

play, dance, and enjoy.

Lightness lives in their heart, and Lila - the divine play - becomes a way of being.

This is how our day at Prayas is born and passes:

as a celebration of love,

as a dance of the soul,

as gratitude to life for one more chance to shine.

Nataraj Meditation - a dance in which everything unnecessary disappears and the soul awakens

When the sun leans toward sunset and the day dissolves into evening twilight, the time comes for a special meeting with yourself. Nataraj is not just movement. It is not a dance for the sake of beauty. It is a total meditation in which the body becomes an instrument, a springboard, and every gesture becomes a step toward freedom.

Over the course of 65 minutes, you pass through three doors that open completely different spaces.

First stage – 40 minutes

First stage - 40 minutes

Keep your eyes closed. Allow yourself to dance as if the world has disappeared.

There are no right movements here, no observer, no control.

Dance as if possessed, as if the subconscious itself is rising within - powerful, wild, alive. Let the waves of emotions, rhythms, and impulses sweep over you completely.

Nataraj is a meditation of total dissolution.

There are no spectators and performers here, no right and wrong - there is only you, the music, and a growing sense of freedom. With each step, each gesture, each breath, you let go of control and allow the energy itself to lead you.

Let the body dance fiercely.

Let the mind step back, come to a stop.

Let life flow through you - freely, boldly, effortlessly.

In this practice, dance becomes a cleansing fire. Everything that was suppressed, forgotten, held back begins to rise to the surface and dissolve in movement. Inner blocks gently melt, tension leaves the body, emotions find an outlet, and the space within becomes clear, pure, alive.

Nataraj is catharsis that leads to silence.

Second stage – 20 minutes

Second stage - 20 minutes

Slowly lower your body to the ground. Keep your eyes closed.

No movement. No words.

Silence. Stillness.

What was surging in the dance begins to settle, like dust after a storm.

You sink into depth - where there is no effort, only pure presence.

In this stillness, understanding comes: everything is already inside, within - the true treasure.

After intense movement comes the deepest turning inward. The body becomes still, and the soul opens. And for the first time, the quiet, barely perceptible voice of the true “I” can be heard.

This moment is like touching the source. Like a reminder that there is always light within us.

Third stage – 5 minutes

Third stage - 5 minutes

Rise again and dance.

But now it is simply celebration.

Joy without a reason, lightness without thoughts, delight in the sheer fact of being alive.

This is gratitude.

This is return.

This is a dance in which you become yourself.

When you allow yourself to disappear into movement, a new state is born - the state of blissful play, Lila.

Lightness. Joy. Flight.

And suddenly you understand: it is not you who is dancing - Life itself is dancing.

Nataraj is a path from chaos to stillness, from tension to ecstasy, from form to emptiness.

It is an evening ritual that ends the day not with fatigue, but with an inner radiance.

In this dance, you do not seek freedom - you become it.

At the Prayas Center, every meditation becomes a celebration.

Music sharpens the sense of presence, the space fills with the energy of acceptance, and each participant becomes part of a shared flow. Here no one compares, judges, or holds back - everyone lives their own mystical dance.

Join us. Let your dance tell your story. Allow yourself to become part of a space where every movement is a prayer, every breath is delight, every day is a blessing.
