Meditation (Visualization) - Seven Temples

In the model space, activate the Point of Faith. Visualize that you are in the middle of a blooming meadow: the sun is shining, the sky is clear and blue, the grass is bright green, the entire space is filled with pleasant aromas of freshly cut grass, wildflowers, and warm earth. Immerse yourself in this beauty, feel the joy of life. From this beauty, you yourself begin to shine. At this time, your illuminated astral double emerges from you.
Not far from you, you notice seven multicolored temples—each more beautiful than the last, distinguished by unique original architectural forms and bright decorations and colors.
You remain standing on the meadow while your double goes to the First Temple. It is sky-blue in color and symbolizes Health.
Your double enters the Temple of Health, and between you runs a sunlit path that connects you with your double. Through this sunlit path, health flows from the Temple to you until you become sky-blue in color.
After this, your double exits and goes to the Second Temple—of Wisdom (golden in color).
Your double begins to absorb the Divine Wisdom that permeates the entire atmosphere of this Temple. Through your double, you are filled with this golden energy and begin to radiate the golden energy of Divine Wisdom yourself. You begin to understand the language of all nations; you read every person like an open book; you understand the language of animals and plants; you hear the slightest blade of grass, every atom of space. They are all your teachers, educating you in the wisdom of life.
Your double exits and goes to the Third Temple—of Justice (white in color).
Your double enters the White Temple of a Pure, Open Heart and fills you with the energy of Justice and Purity. You are filled with light and purity and begin to feel yourself as the Son of God, who radiates Love, heals, and revitalizes everything around you. And all this—is You!
Next, your double proceeds to the Fourth Temple—of Spirituality (deep blue in color).
The double is saturated with this energy and transmits it to you. You begin to understand the World, feel and see subtle planes, see the past, present, and future; you begin to hear your own Spirit; your internal hierarchy is fully established; your chakras are cleansed and tuned to harmony; your spiritual light becomes visible; it radiates over the entire Earth—you are the Earth!
The double exits and heads to the Fifth Temple—of Energy (white-gold in color).
The double absorbs and transmits to you the divine white-golden energy. You feel that you are being filled with energy like a battery and feel full of vitality and energy for action. You are overflowing with energy and strength and feel capable of working tirelessly and endlessly; the Divine Energy of Life pours into you in an unending stream.
After this, your double approaches you to rest together. Sit down on the grass, breathe the fresh air, admire the stream flowing nearby, drink fresh spring water, wash your face, cool down a bit, breathe harmoniously.
Then your double proceeds to the Sixth Temple—of Longevity (light brown in color, associated with the Oak).
The double absorbs and transmits to you this powerful energy. You feel that your life acquires meaning; you are like an Oak, on which every leaf, every branch is renewed, and you—the Oak—understand that your life is just beginning, that the age of an Oak is 1,000 years, and that you will live another 10 centuries. You will become only stronger and more powerful; no adversities can affect you; they won't even be able to approach this giant—that is, you. You begin to radiate the energy of Eternity.
Then your double exits and heads to the Seventh Temple—of the Absolute (which emits all colors).
The Seventh Temple is God, multifaceted and boundless, and you merge with Him. You are enveloped by inner trembling, love, tenderness, joy, bliss—all those high feelings with which God has endowed us. As soon as we feel all this, space opens up and we see our way Home—the place from where we all came here to Earth. An incredible feeling arises, incomparable to anything else—we are experiencing the vibrations of Home! The doors to Vyriy are open! Fill yourself with this feeling, merge with these high energies. Stay here for a few minutes.
You see your double approaching you and, without stopping, he enters into you. You hear a sound as if a door has closed, fitting into place. Your Merkabah spins and becomes fully active, growing and expanding; it begins to coincide first with the size of Ukraine, then with the entire Earth, the Galaxy, and then—with the entire Universe. You have united with the Absolute!
